Shipping and Return Information

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-10 business days. Holiday season orders may take up to 14 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA (We currently do not ship International):
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship orders. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you.

SHIPPING COST:
Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your total order. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

APPAREL RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Because I Can Clothing products are often very limited, we can only offer customers with return merchandise the option of a refund or an exchange if the item purchased is still available. All other returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact our Sales department at sales@icanclothing.com before sending your defective product back.

Please note: Items damaged due to customer abuse, negligence, or wear will not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Contact I Can Clothing Company at sales@icanclothing.com within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt. We will assess the nature of your return on a case-by-case basis.
